Resumen

This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico and reports directly to the LoJack Mexico Sales Director. We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to drive sales and guide our sales team. The senior sales representative's responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

To be successful as a senior sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to build rapport with customers. Ultimately, an outstanding senior sales executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options (B2B focused).
  • Meets sales revenue targets.
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support, recommending and selling products and services.
  • Leads and coordinates contract negotiations for a successful close.
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes to enhance staff accomplishments.
  • Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.

Calificaciones

  • Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience working in a B2B Model
  • Fluent to a business level in both Spanish and English.
  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Product knowledge
